Are you an EMPLOYER participating in the “Permanent Employment of Young People 2025” program?
One of the conditions for the payment of the subsidy for the final months of subsidized employment is that that the person obtains, within the first 15 months of subsidized employment, a certificate confirming completion of training or education provided by an external provider lasting at least 30 school hours.
At the Cene Štupar-CILJ public institution, we have developed a 30-hour online training course to strengthen workplace skills, titled PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DIGITAL SKILLS.
Duration
The training lasts 30 instructional hours. An instructional hour lasts 45 minutes.

Workshop on Future Competencies. Using a questionnaire, you will assess the level of development of this competency and identify which area is more developed for you. You will receive guidance on how to develop the less developed area. Intergenerational Cooperation A workshop on understanding the characteristics of different generations to improve intergenerational collaboration in the workplace. We will explore the typical channels through which members of different generations expect to communicate, and which generation in particular expects feedback. |

| 8 | On the Path to Financial Independence
Financial Literacy Workshop. In school, we were taught a lot about how to work for money, but nothing about how money can work for us. We’ll discuss mindset and our relationship with money. We’ll explore 10 financial principles for managing money more effectively and ways to start generating passive income. |

Completion of Training
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a digital certificate of training detailing the skills you have acquired.
Method of Implementation
The training will take place entirely online, on the Zoom platform.
You will receive the link and all instructions a few days before the event begins.
Price
The fee for the entire training program is 220.00 EUR per person. The 22% VAT is not included in the price and is charged separately. The final price is 268.40 EUR.
After the registration deadline, we will send payers an invoice for the registration fee. Payment of the registration fee is required to participate in the training.

The provider reserves the right not to hold the training if the number of registrations is too low.
If more than one person from the same organization is registering, please fill out a separate online registration form for each person.
Unsubscriptions
In the event of cancellation, we will charge you a prorated portion of the registration fee based on the date of cancellation, and in any case, an administrative fee equal to 20% of the registration fee. If an individual does not cancel their registration, they are required to pay the full registration fee.
