The Cene Štupar Public Institution – Ljubljana Education Center has been offering a variety of programs for all generations since 1959 and is one of the leading institutions for adult education in Slovenia. We collaborate with various organizations at home and abroad and offer formal and informal programs, language courses, training for national vocational qualifications, and numerous projects that promote lifelong learning and personal development.
In 2017, by signing the Diversity Charter, the institute committed to working toward the prevention of all forms of discrimination and to developing diversity policies that promote equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity, while recognizing individual skills.
Cene Štupar – CILJ is widely recognized as an outstanding provider of lifelong learning programs designed for various target groups.
Our consistent and systematic commitment to achieving the highest quality standards benefits the participants in our programs the most.
It offers free counseling on enrolling in educational programs (elementary school, high school, college, computer courses, language courses, etc.) and career counseling. Get free advice on which educational program is best suited for you based on your previous experience.
These training programs provide an in-depth opportunity to acquire professional knowledge and skills. Some also include training to earn a national vocational qualification certificate.
The courses and workshops offer practical skills for your career or leisure time and are held in a pleasant setting with experienced instructors.
At Cene Štupar – CILJ, we also support individuals and entrepreneurial initiatives that seek to improve the society in which we live through their ideas and, consequently, their activities.
