Disproportionate Burden
The website is not fully compliant with the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications Act (ZDSMA) because it was developed prior to the law’s adoption. Resolving all deficiencies would require a complete website redesign, representing a significant financial strain and constituting a disproportionate burden.
For these reasons, funds that would otherwise be spent on retrofitting non-accessible elements will instead be directed toward a future website redesign.
