The focus will be on the practical use of the language in everyday situations.
About the course:
- Duration: 40 instructional hours (1 hour = 45 minutes).
- The course is free for foreigners or people of foreign descent.
- Limited number of available spots.
- The course will be held at the institute’s headquarters at 5 Ambrožiča Novljana St.; you will be notified of the classroom location at a later date.
- You will receive an email notifying you of your enrollment in the group no later than five days before the course begins.

Before the course begins, you will be invited to take a placement test, which will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. at the institute’s headquarters (5 Ambrožiča Novljana Street, 1000 Ljubljana).
You will have the opportunity to complete the written portion of the test online in advance, while the oral portion will be administered during the testing session.
Based on the results, we will form a homogeneous group that will begin the course on June 30, 2026.
