Are you an EMPLOYER who is taking advantage of the “Faster Entry of Young People into the Labor Market” initiative?
One of the conditions for receiving a subsidy under the “Faster Entry of Young People into the Labor Market” initiative is that the employer provide the new hire and their mentor with at least 30 hours of education or training through an external provider registered to conduct educational activities.
At the Cene Štupar-CILJ Public Institution, we have developed an online training program designed to strengthen work skills for both new employees and their mentors, which we have named EXCEL, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND CANVA – 7th edition.
Duration
The training lasts 30 instructional hours. An instructional hour lasts 45 minutes.

Emotional Intelligence Workshop on Future Competencies. Using a questionnaire, you will assess the level of development of this competency and identify which area is more developed for you. You will receive guidance on how to develop the less developed area. Intergenerational Cooperation A workshop on understanding the characteristics of different generations to improve intergenerational collaboration in the workplace. We will explore the typical channels through which members of different generations expect to communicate, and which generation in particular expects feedback. |

Completion of Training
An 80% attendance rate is required to successfully complete the program.
Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate of training detailing the skills you have acquired.
Method of Implementation
The training will take place entirely online, on the Zoom platform.
You will receive the link and all instructions a few days before the event begins.
Price
The fee for the entire training program is 220.00 EUR per person. The 22% VAT is not included in the price and is charged separately. The final price is 268.40 EUR.
After the registration deadline, we will send payers an invoice for the registration fee. Payment of the registration fee is required to participate in the training.

We are accepting applications through May 8, 2024. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the training if the number of applicants is too low.
If two people from the same organization are registering, please fill out a separate online registration form for each person.
Unsubscriptions
In the event of cancellation, we will charge you a prorated portion of the registration fee based on the date of cancellation, and in any case, an administrative fee equal to 20% of the registration fee. If an individual does not cancel their registration, they are required to pay the full registration fee.
