We are continuing our free sPOINT program, tailored for social entrepreneurs
As part of the call for proposals “Strengthening the Support Environment for Social Enterprises,” we are continuing to implement the sPOINT project—Social Entrepreneurship Information Point. We invite all social entrepreneurs to join this program, which is primarily designed to foster the development of social entrepreneurship and strengthen entrepreneurial skills. There are still a few spots available for entrepreneurial consulting, which offers one-on-one work with a mentor.
We invite you to our final entrepreneurship workshop: “Successfully Leading Employees in a Social Enterprise,” which will take place on April 13, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We’ll meet at Cene Štupar – CILJ, BTC, Ljubljana.
Our success depends on our ability to work well with others. How can we communicate with our coworkers to achieve our goals? In this workshop, you’ll learn about the four basic behavioral types, the strengths, potential, and weaknesses of each type, and how to collaborate—or not—with other behavioral types. The workshop will have a practical focus, featuring real-world examples.
By exploring your personality, you’ll gain a better understanding of yourself by recognizing the strengths and weaknesses in your behavior. You’ll also better understand the behavior of others—including your coworkers—and learn how to adapt your communication style to different personality types. By knowing who’s who on the team and what approach each person needs, communication improves and acceptance of diversity within the team or company increases. Conflicts are resolved more quickly.

WHAT IS PERSOLOG?
The Persolog Personality Model—DISK—is one of the most widely used, scientifically validated assessments that measures our behavioral tendencies and preferences. Its great advantage is that it is easy for anyone to understand, and the tools are practical, useful in everyday life, and deliver quick results.
The program is primarily intended for existing and potential new social enterprises that are registered or in the process of registration, in accordance with the Social Entrepreneurship Act—ZsocP (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 20/11, 90/14 – ZDU-1I, and 13/18). If there are a large number of applications, social enterprises from the KRZS West region will be given priority.
