Date and Location of the Event
The course consists of two workshops, which will take place on Wednesday, March 25 and April 1, 2026, at the Cene Štupar-CILJ location, 5 Ambrožiča Novljana Street, Ljubljana, ground floor, computer lab. We’ll be working on our computers, but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
Program
Workshop 1: AI as a Personal Assistant in Everyday Life
Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to use AI as a personal assistant for creating, learning, and organizing.
What We’ll Be Doing (Practical Examples):
- Writing and Editing Texts (emails, posts, descriptions, summaries)
- Learning aids (explanations of course material, summaries, questions, quizzes)
- Brainstorming (projects, events, social media content)
- Creating Music and Soundtracks
- Photo Creation and Enhancement
- Basic Video Content Creation and Scriptwriting
- Organizing Time, Tasks, and Personal Projects with AI
AI tools we will learn about and use:
- ChatGPT – Writing, Ideas, Explanations, Learning, Everyday Assistant
- Google Gemini – Information Search, Comparisons, Summaries
- Microsoft Copilot – Help with Documents, Texts, and Ideas
- Suno – Creating Music and Soundtracks
- DALL·E / Midjourney – Generating Photos and Visuals
- Canva (AI features) – graphics, presentations, posts
Workshop 2: Automating Tasks with AI – Let AI Work for Us
This workshop is designed to help you automate repetitive tasks and create practical solutions that save time.
What We’ll Be Doing (Practical Examples):
- Automatic Composition of Emails and Replies
- Preparation of documents, reports, and minutes
- Converting text into images, videos, and posts
- Social Media Content Automation
- Creating photos and video content for projects
- Using AI for Repetitive Administrative Tasks
- Integrating Multiple Tools into Simple Automated Processes
AI tools we will learn about and use:
- ChatGPT – Text and Process Automation
- Zapier / Make – Integrating Tools and Automating Tasks
- Canva (AI) – Quick Creation of Graphics and Video Content
- Suno – Automatic Music for Videos and Projects
- Runway – Creating and Editing Video Content with AI
- Google Sheets + AI – Automated Data Processing
Contractor
The workshop will be led by Matic Holobar. He is a teacher at the Celje School Center, the Secondary School for Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science, where he teaches practical courses in the fields of computer science and information technology. He actively collaborates with companies and organizations and develops various applications and projects. He also conducts numerous workshops for adults on topics such as multimedia, computer science and programming, digital tools and administration, as well as 3D printing and modern technologies. He is constantly on the lookout for the latest developments in the world of artificial intelligence.
Price
The course fee is 203.74 EUR, including 22% VAT.
The price includes:
- participation in two workshops that are practice-oriented and include working on case studies under the guidance of an experienced instructor,
- the opportunity to ask individual questions during the workshops,
- A computer for conducting workshops in a modern, well-equipped computer lab.
