A gathering in the form of a philological reading of Russian literature (classic works, folk tales, and other texts).
The teacher reads a selected text aloud in Russian, and then the participants discuss its meaning in a simple way. We explore the story, the language, and the cultural context of the work. This is also an opportunity to hear authentic, correct Russian literary speech as spoken by the teacher.
The level of proficiency in Russian is approximately A1–A2 (sufficient for general comprehension and participation in conversation).
Duration — 60 minutes. The session is of interest to anyone studying Russian language and literature, including teachers.
