In this lecture, you’ll learn about four basic groups of behavioral types, presented in a simple and vivid way. Through associations and real-life examples, you’ll discover their—and your own—strengths and learn how different behavioral types can realize their potential in specific professions, job roles, and career paths. If young people—or their parents—recognize these strengths and potential early on, the decision regarding further education, a profession, or a career path becomes easier and less stressful. The lecture is practical in nature (featuring real-world examples) and also entertaining.
