You can register for the final exam for the selected date even before you have completed all your exams, but you must pass them by the withdrawal deadline.

  • Deadline for submitting a topic for a product or service → 18. 12. 2025
  • Deadline for submitting the report → 28. 1. 2026

TOPICS, COLLECTION FOLDER, and other information for Exam Units 1 and 2 (forms, application for approval of the topic and title, outline, instructions for preparing the report…) can be obtained at the institute’s location at Ulica Novljana Ambrožiča 5 (final exam secretary). The documentation is also available in E-indeks. One consultation with the advisor is mandatory.

  • NOTICE THAT THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS → 5. 2. 2026

Registration for final exams must be submitted at least 30 days before the start of the final exams at Ul. Ambrožiča Novljana 5 in Ljubljana. We will mail the exact schedule of oral exams, organized by subject and date, to all registered students in a timely manner.

In accordance with Article 6 of the Regulations on the Final Examination (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 56/08), only those candidates who, in their final year, received a grade in SLOVENIAN (in ethnically mixed areas where Italian or Hungarian is spoken) only if the candidate received a grade of “excellent” (5) in that subject during the final year of study.

REHEARSALS WILL BE HELD IN JANUARY 2026. PLEASE REGISTER AT 5 Ulica Novljana Ambrožiča, 1000 LJUBLJANA.
