Ella depicted our mascot, Karierko, in a wide variety of professional roles and breathed new life into him with her illustrative style. These illustrations have been used to create numerous educational and promotional materials that introduce children and young people to the world of careers in an engaging way. These include worksheets, a coloring book, a memory game, temporary tattoos, folders, and other resources that we use in the activities of Karierni plac—the Career Center for Youth+.
This collaboration is special to us also because it goes beyond simply creating content. By involving young creators in our projects, we aim to offer young people opportunities to develop their talents, gain new experiences, and build their career paths. Through her work, Ella has shown how creativity, dedication, and entrepreneurship can lead to successful project collaborations.
We are proud to be able to work together to develop content that encourages young people to explore different careers while opening doors for them to the world of work. We believe that such stories serve as inspiration both for young people who are just discovering their interests and for everyone who guides and supports them along the way.
