Tita Destovnik is the director of Centerkontura d.o.o., which operates as a business entity and as a company employing people with disabilities that is part of the social economy. Through various programs and activities, they provide employment and training for people with disabilities. As part of the Gostilna program, they train various groups of young people (young people without a high school diploma, aged 17 to 25, young people with disabilities up to age 30, or other individuals with special needs) who, for various reasons, face challenges in finding employment. The purpose of on-the-job vocational training in the hospitality industry is to develop social skills and work habits, as well as to gain work experience, establish work routines, and build work motivation. Upon completion of the training, participants are better equipped and prepared for a more successful entry into the labor market.

Above all, I support all companies that contribute to a better society through their products or services and, by actively promoting them, raise public awareness of the social issues they are addressing.”
