Retirees or recipients of cash social assistance (CSD) who have their permanent residence registered in the City Municipality of Ljubljana may enroll in the courses.

Eligibility Requirement

Retirees or recipients of cash social assistance (CSD) who have their permanent residence registered in the City Municipality of Ljubljana are eligible to participate.

In agreement with the program sponsor and funder, priority for enrollment in free foreign language courses is given to participants who are taking the course for the first time.

Participants must present proof of eligibility (a retirement card or a valid decision from the Social Work Center) for inspection at the first meeting.

You will receive an email notification confirming whether your application was successful by the 31st at the latest. 8. 2026.

A minimum of 8 participants per group is required for the course to take place. We reserve the right to change the schedule. In the event of insufficient enrollment in the advertised courses, we reserve the right to replace them with courses for which there is greater interest.

Registration

Registration for the free 50-hour foreign language courses takes place exclusively through the online application form starting on the 6th. 8. 2026 and beyond.

Foreign Language Courses

The courses will be held at the Cene Štupar Public Institution, located at Ambrožiča Novljana 5, Ljubljana.
