The Beginnings of Our Participation in the Project We offer high-quality education to adults (Andragogy Center of Slovenia) date back to 2010. Since then, we have carried out numerous activities in the area of quality, developed a system for assessing participant satisfaction, incorporated quality into our strategic documents, hired a quality advisor, and thereby also became members of the National Network of Quality Advisors. Today’s Quality Day began with a meeting of the Quality Commission and concluded with a staff meeting attended by all employees. We discussed the results of the institution’s self-evaluation and reviewed our internal quality system. We also looked to the future, which holds many new developments and challenges for us. Going forward, we will continue to pay special attention to our employees, ensuring access to our services for the widest possible audience, and the digitization of our work processes.
