Dear Sir or Madam,
The final episode—the 10th of the year—of the “HitRa znanja” video podcast is coming up. We produce this show in collaboration with the Association of Adult Education Centers of Slovenia (Korak – Centers for Human Resources Development) and the human resources firm Trenkwalder. This episode will run for 60 minutes, during which we’ll share the latest information and answer your questions. You can join us live on Zoom or watch the recording on your way to work, while out for a walk, or anywhere and anytime.
HitRa courses are designed for HR professionals, managers, and directors—in fact, for anyone within an organization who is involved in employee development and leadership.
We’ll dedicate Episode 10 to trends. What can we expect in 2024, how can we prepare for a turbulent economy, and where will HR departments have the most work to do?
Our main topics will be:
- Economic Trends for 2024 and How Companies Are Preparing for Them,
- Will managers also be compensated based on sustainability criteria, and what will the environmental, social, and governance policies be for the companies they lead?
- What will be the main responsibilities of HR departments in the coming year, and to what extent will their responsibilities change,
- Why will HR and PR be linked?
- To what extent does AI already influence our work, and how far will its impact extend? How much should we invest in the development of AI in companies,
- Why is the “maybe we’ll succeed” strategy no longer enough?
The videocast is also intended to address your questions, which you can already submit to: sanda.jerman@cene-stupar.si.
We’ll be with you on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at 10 a.m.
