Why attend the workshop?
Our success depends on our ability to work well with others. How can you communicate with your coworkers to achieve your goals? In this workshop, you’ll learn about the four basic behavioral types, the strengths, potential, and weaknesses of each type, and how to (or not to) collaborate with other behavioral types. You’ll learn how to deal with different behavioral types (who needs challenges and results to be effective, who needs praise and good relationships, who you need to give enough time to ensure a job well done, which profiles excel at completing tasks, which profiles quickly spot mistakes, which are good analysts, who can handle routine work well and dislike rapid changes …).
What is the Persolog personality model?
The Persolog personality profile is one of the most widely used, scientifically validated assessments that measures our behavioral tendencies and preferences or explains a person’s behavioral response. Its great advantage is that users quickly learn it, it is practical—which is why they use it in their daily lives—and it yields quick results. The inventors of DISK are the American psychologists and researchers John Geier and William Moulton Marston; the latter is also known as the inventor of the lie detector. It is used in 40 countries around the world (Germany, Austria, the UK, Japan, the US, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, etc.).
Who is this workshop intended for?
The workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of position or job title. The only thing that matters is that you want to:
- explore your personality and behavioral type so that, by becoming aware of the strengths and weaknesses in your behavior, you can better understand yourself (through an analysis of your Persolog behavioral profile);
- to better understand other people’s behavior or the diversity within a team or organization,
- find ways to adapt communication to the different behavioral styles of coworkers and thereby improve relationships,
- resolve conflicts with coworkers more quickly or prevent them from arising in the first place.
If you’re a leader, understanding yourself will help you lead your employees more effectively, while everyone else will find it easier and more enjoyable to get along with their coworkers.
How does the workshop work?
The workshop will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. After the workshop (1:00–1:30 p.m.), the instructor will be available to answer individual questions. The workshop will have a practical focus and include real-world examples.
Two weeks before the workshop, we’ll email each participant a link to complete the Persolog personality questionnaire. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. During the workshop, each participant receives a Persolog personality profile (individual report) and workshop materials.
Upon request, we also offer personalized interpretation of the results, but this service is not included in the workshop price.
Price
The workshop fee is 173.00 EUR. The 22% VAT is not included in the price.
The price includes:
- participation in the workshop (9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.),
- opportunity to ask individual questions (1:00–1:30 p.m.),
- license fee for the Persolog personality questionnaire,
- Persolog Personality Profile – Individual Report,
- workshop materials.
Option for in-depth content following the workshop
For a thorough and detailed interpretation of the results, it makes sense to explain the results to the individual on a one-on-one basis so that they can gain insight into their strengths, behavioral tendencies, and potential. In doing so, you will work together with a Persolog trainer to:
- break down your work process,
- get to know yourself and your behavioral tendencies better,
- recognize their personal strengths and inclinations,
- identify areas where misunderstandings with others might arise and minimize them,
- and then channel your energy toward where you can be most successful.
This service is not included in the workshop price and must be paid for separately.
