The subject of this public procurement is the provision of Slovenian language courses for persons with recognized international protection who are eligible for 400 hours of Slovenian language instruction. The program is conducted in accordance with the officially approved curriculum “Slovenian as a Second and Foreign Language.”

Program Objectives:
The goal of the program is to provide individuals with recognized international protection status with the knowledge of the Slovenian language necessary to successfully pass the basic-level Slovenian language proficiency test, or a level of proficiency in the Slovenian language sufficient for basic communication. The process of learning the Slovenian language incorporates content related to daily life and work, which strengthens the integration of immigrants into Slovenian society.
Conclusion:
A certificate of participation and completion of the program will be issued to anyone who:
- actively participates in class, achieves the set educational goals and knowledge standards, and
- is present in class at least 80% of the time.
A certificate of participation and successful completion of the program, issued by Cene Štupar – CILJ NI, is not equivalent to a legally valid document certifying proficiency in the Slovenian language at a specific level (A1–C1 according to the CEFR), issued by the IC Center for Slovenian as a Second and Foreign Language at the Faculty of Arts.

Integration of Persons Granted International Protection
The public procurement is planned as part of the project “Slovenian Language Courses and Exams for Third-Country Nationals and Persons Under International Protection” (AM.S02.1.4-01) and is financed by the Asylum, Migration, and Integration (AMIF), covering 75% of eligible costs, and from the budget of the Republic of Slovenia, specifically funds from the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Care and Integration of Migrants, covering 25%.

A person with recognized international protection status receives a referral from their integration counselor at the Office of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Care and Integration of Migrants (UOIM), which they must bring to:

Office Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.,
Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There are no office hours on Fridays.
After the assessment of their language proficiency, the person is placed in a group that will be held at one of the language schools: Veris d.o.o. or Cene Štupar – CILJ.
