Participants’ Experiences
“I’m taking the Accounting School program. I found the instructors to be quite competent. It’s clear they come from the field, have a lot of practical experience in what they teach, and did a pretty good job of introducing us to the subject matter and guiding us through the entire learning process. I’d say the best thing is that the instructors have real-world experience, and the second best thing is the exercises on Vascot. Even though I don’t work specifically in accounting, I have a lot of contact with the accounting department, and this helps me better understand their processes. Besides, I’m keeping my options open in case I ever decide to switch careers to this sector.”
“I liked these exercises with Cvetka the most because she’s a very professional teacher who imparts high-quality knowledge and actually teaches the practical skills I want to acquire. As a math major, I’m interested in this field—all the calculations, all the paperwork and documents—and I’d like to work in this area. I hope I’ll have the opportunity to work somewhere as an accountant, maybe starting out as a bookkeeper.”
