March 30, 2027 – deadline for submitting a written application for the vocational high school graduation exam
May 19, 2027 – Deadline for late registration for the vocational high school graduation exam for valid reasons
May 27, 2027 – Deadline for submitting a written withdrawal from the vocational high school graduation exam
May 29, 2027 – Start of the spring exam period
July 11, 2027 – the deadline for submitting a written request to review exam records at the school

Oral Exams and the 4th Course

In exceptional cases, the school may schedule oral exams on May 29 and June 5, 2027.

TOPICS and A FOLDER for the 4th subject (forms, application for approval of the topic and title of the product or service, outline, etc.) are available from Brigita Sinur, the secretary for the vocational high school graduation exam.

IMPORTANT!

Fill out all the required information in the application folder; the Application for Approval of the Theme and Title of a Product or Service, which serves as the basis for issuing the Decision on the Approval of the Theme and Title of a Product or Service.
Bring your portfolio with you to consultations and make sure your mentor fills it out regularly. At least 2 consultations are required! If you conduct consultations remotely, include the sent notes and screenshots in your portfolio.
Up to 5. 5. In 2027, you must submit your project and portfolio to Brigita Sinur, the secretary for the vocational high school graduation exam, at the school administration office (5 Ambrožiča Novljana St., Ljubljana).

Registration for the PM must be submitted no later than 60 days before the start of the PM,
Please register in person at 5 Ambrožiča Novljana St., Ljubljana (office); you must present a valid photo ID and your personal identification number (EMŠO),
When you register for PM, you must pay for at least one course; the remainder can be paid in two monthly installments.
