On Friday, May 23, 2025, published a call for proposals in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 37/2025 as part of the project “Support for Companies to Extend Working Life” (ASI).
The purpose of this call for proposals is to encourage companies to effectively manage employees aged 50 and older and to strengthen the competencies of employees aged 50 and older with a view to extending their working lives.
We offer businesses:
- consulting on the development of a strategy for the effective management of older adults
- Training programs to strengthen the competencies of older employees:
- Motivational Programs,
- training in personal and career development, and the development of competencies among older employees,
- training programs leading to various national vocational qualifications (NPK).
- training in the field of digital and green competencies.
