Registration

Register for the exam using the online registration form. The registration form is available starting on the date and at the time specified for each exam date.
No later than two business days after registering, you will receive an email notification confirming whether your registration was successfully submitted.

You are responsible for paying for the exam

You will receive an invoice for the exam fee via email after submitting your application. Your exam registration is valid once you have paid the exam fee.

Free Exam

If you are eligible to take the exam free of charge, you must also submit the original certificate issued by the local administrative unit or the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the Care and Integration of Migrants. A photograph or copy of the certificate is not valid.
The certificate may:

• Submit it in person at the office on the 1st floor, Room 26, or
• Send it by mail to the following address: Cene Štupar – CILJ, 5 Ulica Novljana Ambrožiča, 1000 Ljubljana.

Exam Invitation

No later than one week before the exam, you will receive an email invitation containing your registration number, the exam date, and the times for the written and oral portions of the exam.

27. 1., 17. 3., 19. 5. and 7. 10. 2026

Special Exam Period

November 23, 2026
The results will be announced no later than January 15, 2027.

All spots are filled. The waiting list is still open.
Registration: starting September 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., exclusively via the online registration form.

Exam Dates for 2027

The exam dates for 2027 will be announced in December 2026.

Monday – 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday – 8 a.m.–11 a.m. and 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
Wednesday – 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Thursday – 8 a.m.–11 a.m. and 1 p.m.–4 p.m.
Friday – No office hours
