In life and at work, we’re driven by different things and values, which is completely normal. What works for me might not work for someone else. In practice, this means that we’re motivated by different things. Simply being aware of this fact can significantly help us in our work and relationships.
We invite you to a free workshop on values and motivation, which will be conducted in a workshop-style format.
Before the workshop, you will complete two online questionnaires that make up the MOTIVATOR tool. Read more about the tool HERE. Based on the results, you’ll receive a personalized report during the workshop, and later you’ll have the opportunity to get a free in-depth interpretation of your results.
Workshop Content
- What is motivation, and why is it important?
- Why are values important in our work and in life in general?
- What are career anchors, what are they, and why are they important?
- What are the main motivational factors, and why are they important?
Why should you attend the workshop?
You’ll get:
- insight into one’s own motivations and values, and thus a better understanding of oneself and others,
- ideas about making career decisions,
- important information about ourselves that can have a positive impact on our development and can help us better understand some of our behaviors and experiences,
- The results can shed light on the reasons behind many misunderstandings, as they highlight an individual’s fundamental needs when it comes to their career. In this way, they can make an important contribution to better understanding with a manager and within the team.
Eligibility Requirements
The workshop is free of charge for participants. Each participant must sign two forms containing the information required by the funding agency, as we provide this service through the Central Slovenia Region Advisory Center.
Date and Location of the Event
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, May 7, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at the Rog Center, Trubarjeva cesta 72, Ljubljana.
