Thank you for co-creating the 10th episode of the videocast ” H it R a znanja” with us, which we are preparing together with the Association of People’s Universities of Slovenia (Korak – Centers for Human Resources Development) and the Trenkwalder HR company. The episode “Trends 2024” offered information and insight into the current situation regarding HR, educational and economic trends.

Key Skills:

• When bringing on new international employees, we ensure they are properly onboarded, and we also raise awareness among the entire team about cross-cultural differences.

• Let’s identify hidden labor reserves, such as younger retirees, and, through good management practices, help employees on sick leave return to work as quickly as possible.

• HR departments play a key supporting role for management in strengthening the company culture, introducing new skills, and caring for employees.

• HR departments are also becoming key partners for PR departments, as clear communication—both among employees and with external stakeholders—is essential. Communication still reigns supreme as the queen of all competencies.

• Artificial Intelligence – Let’s implement it systematically at all levels to support processes aimed at increasing productivity.

• Let’s ensure cybersecurity and educate employees about the pitfalls of safe Internet use. To this end, a European project will soon be launched in which Slovenian companies can participate and strengthen their expertise.

Director of Operations and psychologist at the human resources firm Trenkwalder d.o.o., where she is responsible for business development as well as the growth and development of the workforce. In an international setting, she develops, tests, and then implements best practices in the broader field of organizational and human resources management. From a psychological perspective, she identifies and aligns the needs, desires, and expectations of both employees and employers. She helps companies and individuals achieve their organizational and career goals.

He is known for connecting innovative domestic companies with China. He is the founder and director of the consulting firm JT Business Development. As an established international manager and strategist, he has extensive experience leading companies of various sizes and in various sectors, including B2B, B2C, various types of sales, human resources, IT, and management. He is also the director of Cresco Innovation Slovenia and Asian HR Solutions. His work is also recognized within the Slovenian business community, as he serves as vice president of the Slovenian-Chinese Business Council and as a business mentor at the EBRD, BlueInvest, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS), Startupbootcamp in Amsterdam, the Belgrade Technology Park, Tenity Singapore, and others.

She is a key account manager and HR consultant who has spent her entire career in the field of adult education. She has led lifelong career orientation workshops and participated in numerous European projects. She is involved in developing various psychological assessment tools, conducts testing and provides individual counseling for company employees, advises companies on strategic human resources development, and serves as a panelist at HR events.
